House Rules for the Rooms

Happy you chosen to be our guest please take note of the house rules

    •    No smoking 

    •    No animals

    •    No parties 

Check in : From 4.00 pm to 08.00 pm         

Check out: At 10.00 am

Please take note of the security aspects we would like you to read, to reassure you during your stay with us

    •    Covid-19: hands - face - space

    •    It is not allowed to receive guests either than who is staying and registered as a guest

    •    Swimming pool : open hours: 8.00-18.00, regulation authorizes us not to have a lifeguard, but children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult responsable for the child

    •    It is not allowed to light fires or the fireplaces

    •    In the common areas there are closed-circuit cameras accessibile only according to the law and in respect of your privacy

Please note we respect you and your holiday

    •     Please avoid loud noises  from 10.00 pm  to 8.00 am 

    •    It is not allowed to comsume food and beverage in the room or in any other room of the Villa.

Please note we count on your good habits

    •    Please turn off lights and air conditioning every time you leave the room

    •    Please take note there is not a safe in the room, will not be able to take responsability of your personal belongings.
